Christchurch Mosque Victims Group declared New Zealand Community of the Year
CRS extends its congratulations to the Christchurch Mosque Victims Group, which was recently declared New Zealand Community of the Year. This award recognises a “rōpū – group of people that together has made an outstanding difference to their community”. The judges praised the grace and forgiveness demonstrated by the victims in the aftermath of 15 March 2019, and their denunciation of xenophobia.
